Account details you provide (name, email, phone, preferences), content you create (favorites, saved searches, inquiries), and usage analytics (pages viewed, tools used, approximate session data).
To operate your account, deliver saved searches and alerts, route inquiries you submit, improve the product, and measure which features are used.
When you submit an inquiry we share your details with the agent or partner needed to respond. We do not sell your personal information. We use standard infrastructure and analytics providers.
You can export all of your data as JSON and permanently delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Account data is kept while your account is open. Analytics events are retained in aggregate. On deletion, personal identifiers are removed and inquiries are anonymized.
